Dispatch

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Because each piece is made by hand from reclaimed material, occasionally a piece needs a little longer. If that happens we'll tell you before your order ships.

Within India

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us.

International

We ship to over 25 countries. Delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days after dispatch.

Customs and import duties are not included in your order total. Any duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your local authorities and we have no way to calculate or control them in advance.

Undeliverable orders

If a parcel is returned to us because an address was incorrect or delivery was repeatedly refused, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
